I'm a strategic consultant with 15+ years of experience helping scaling companies, mission-driven organisations, and international teams build the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.

What I do is hard to put in a single box — and that's deliberate. I bring rigorous operational thinking to creative challenges, and creative problem-solving to operational ones. The result is work that's strategically sharp, practically executable, and built to last beyond the engagement.

My career started in high-stakes, complex environments — managing cross-functional teams on major public-private partnership bids and overseeing significant commercial transactions. That foundation in large-scale, multi-stakeholder delivery shapes how I work today, regardless of whether the brief is a compliance framework across 26 markets or a human-centred design approach for a $122M procurement bid.

Since going independent in 2013, I've led a £30M public procurement project for renewable infrastructure in Sub-Saharan Africa, built governance frameworks across 26 international markets for an Accor subsidiary, designed innovation strategy sprints for Acumen Fund in New York, and project managed national accelerator programmes — and a book launch — for TechNation UK. I've worked with non-profits and social enterprises across Canada, the UK, and beyond, because operational clarity matters just as much when the mission is the bottom line.

Fractional COO & Strategic Operations

Embedded leadership for scaling organisations. You've grown beyond the systems that got you here. Decisions are slower, the team is stretched, and the operational complexity is starting to cost you in time, in money, and in the founder's energy that should be going elsewhere. I embed with your leadership team — typically 10–15 hours per week — and take ownership of what needs to change. From building operational infrastructure and compliance frameworks to designing the processes and governance structures that let your team scale without you carrying everything. Monthly retainer, typically 3–12 months.

Strategic Engagement

Focused expertise for a specific challenge. Some challenges need a hands-on problem-solver. Others need a skilled facilitator to get a leadership team aligned and moving in the same direction. onefinestay (Accor S.A.) — Project Manager & Legal Operations

When a fast-scaling Accor subsidiary needed to bring operations into compliance across 26 international markets without slowing the business down, I embedded across legal, finance, marketing, and IT to make it happen. Over a multi-year engagement, I built the compliance frameworks, led the GDPR audit, implemented workflow tools that reduced turnaround times company-wide, and managed insurance and dispute resolution across all markets. InfraCo Africa — Programme Manager

InfraCo Africa needed to create a competitive UK government procurement to unlock £30M for renewable energy development across Sub-Saharan Africa. I led the full programme from procurement creation, governance and stakeholder alignment to bid strategy and milestone delivery, ultimately enabling solar and wind infrastructure projects. Carillion PPP Emily Carr University RFP — Procurement & Brand Strategy

To bid on a $122M campus redevelopment contract, Carillion needed more than a strong technical bid — they needed a story. I developed the brand strategy and created WiY — What Inspires You, a human-centred design framework built by engaging Emily Carr students, staff, and community. TechNation UK — Programme Manager

TechNation runs the UK's most prominent tech accelerator programmes. I project managed three concurrent accelerators, coordinating across product, marketing, and operations to exceed all programme KPIs. Acumen Fund — Strategy Consultant

Acumen Fund needed to develop a global community growth strategy for Plus Acumen. I designed and facilitated a two-day innovation strategy sprint, bringing together senior leaders and stakeholders to co-create a validated growth roadmap.
